My creative skills have been mixed with music this summer.

I purchased some musical note charms and peace beads and created some colourful earrings which went down well on my stall at the fairs so far.

I’ve been seeing a really good ska band, The Skore this year with my friend, Max ( whose boyfriend is the bass guitarist.)

So as a surprise I made her this bracelet using shrink Plastic for the logo.

At the end of August they’re booked up for an exciting gig, Ska Nation in Southampton where there will be many ska bands playing.

Max had bought a black & white vintage inspired dress for the occasion but found it was too short so she put a request in to add some length to it using black & white checked material.

After some thought, planning and a few hours this is the result.

We were both really pleased with the result!

                           SKA-TASTIC!      She shall go to the ball!
